Policies and General Information:

Completely renovated in 2005. All new furniture, tile floors, paint,
new bathroom, new bedrooms, new living room furniture.

Minimum rental:

December 18th - April 30th, seven nights
May 1st - December 17th, five nights

Payment information:

A Three night deposit is due to confirm the booking of the condo.
The balance of rent, plus government hotel tax, and security deposit
is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is five hundred dollars.

Cancellation policies:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
For a full refund you must cancel 45 days prior to your scheduled booking.
No refund will be given if you must cancel within 45 days of your scheduled booking.

Check in is at 3:00 p.m.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.
